- May 2005 Replaced shingles on lower roof
- Feb 2006 Replaced shingles on upper roof
- Feb. 2006 Replaced radiant hot water boiler with Lennox 80% efficient model
- Nov. 2006 Installed Napoleon Gas insert and chimney liners
- May 2007 replaced complete hydro service installing a 200 Amp breaker with 70 Amp generator backup, [generator is included]
- Nov. 2008 Installed Luxaire 95% efficient forced air furnace and 15.5 seer air conditioning with complete duct system.
- Nov. 2008 Upgraded attic insulation to R70
- Jan. 2009 Upgraded second storey wall insulation and installed Premium Gentek Vinyl Siding, Aluminum soffits, fascias, and window trim.
- June 2009 Completed master bedroom ensuite retrofit.
